I rented from April 20th to April 24, 5 days and 4 nights. The unit was very spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 bath. It was very clean and very well decorated. Very relaxing decor. The units kitchen had everything that was needed to prepare meals. The most complete kitchen set up of any vacation rental I have ever stayed in. It could have used a toaster oven, but I have a small one I travel with, so not a problem for me. The bathrooms were well stocked, with all the essentials, soaps, shampoo, body wash, plenty on towels. The unit had a very spacious raised front porch with a table, chairs and a ceiling fan. This unit is dog friendly, and only one lot away from a very roomy dog park, with a poop bag and waste container stand. It was a quick trip to the KP Hole County Park, with a boat or kayak launch ramp, which is free for Bungalow guests. There is a swimming area on the river, at a small charge complete with lockers to store your gear. It is a quick drive over to The Rainbow River State park. A small charge depending on the number of people in your vehicle. $5.00 for 2 or more. The park is very historic with swimming area, at the springs, trails taking you on a tour of all the water falls. Very heavily landscaped. There are very nice Nature trails for the hikers. In 15 minutes you can be in the city of Dunnellon. Has a Publix super market, Winn Dixie and it you like a Dollar type store. All the fast food places you want. The 3 restaurants I enjoyed was the Blue Gator on the river, Swampy's on the river, and if you you like down home cooking, there is The Front Porch restaurant and Pie factory. I had no trouble being entertained on my whole 5 day stay. I highly recommend The Rainbow River Bungalows.

We had a great time with our family at the bungalows. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The fire pit was great and the area for grilling and eating was perfect for our daughter's birthday celebration. We'll be back!

We had the most wonderful best-friends getaway at Rainbow Springs Bungalows! We spent our days paddling the springs, biking, and exploring the beautiful walking trails, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The Bungalows were exactly what we hoped for—spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of linens, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with more than enough space for everyone. The grounds were clean, inviting, and made for a relaxing place to come back to after a full day of adventures. The property is conveniently located close to all the bike and walking trails, and access to the boat ramp at KP Hole was quick and easy, which made our paddling trips seamless. Kaliela, the property manager, was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and informative throughout our stay. We had an amazing time, made so many great memories, and will absolutely be back. We highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to enjoy everything Rainbow Springs has to offer!
