Stayed at Bungalow Lot S, a very clean and well-maintained bungalow. The owners were easy to reach and very responsive. The space was comfortable and peaceful, making it a relaxing stay. I especially loved the front porch. It was also an easy walk to the boat ramp. I would definitely stay here again.

Really cute rental community that makes for a nice weekend getaway. Easy online booking. Photos are a very accurate representation of the rental. Stayed in bungalow S. Good amount of space, full kitchen, and washer/dryer! Clear check in instructions came a few days before our arrival. Quick walk over to KP hole. Quick drive over to Rainbow River Springs Park. Note you must have a reservation to visit the park effective April 29! We also took the 30 min drive up to Devil's Den which was well worth it. Bungalows are pet friendly. We brought our 2 dogs. I did feel the area around the bungalows was pretty sandy with lots of ant hills which wasn't my favorite for walking the dogs. There is a designated grassy area for dogs at the far end of the community. There are also hammocks and grills to use during your stay.

Great location, right next to KP Hole. Convenient for kayaking, SUP, tubing and swimming. The wildlife is incredible, birds, river otters, turtles and fish. The water is crystal clear! Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The property offers a peaceful, clean, comfy place to sleep and hangout! Everything you need to enjoy a great getaway. Community games, fire pit, BBQ grills and rentals on site for kayaks and SUP. Surrounded by big oak trees with Spanish moss, the ideal Olde Florida vacation.

Our bungalow was above perfect, location to KP hole and Rainbow Springs, comfort of furniture and bed and front porch, our Bungalow had a full kitchen King bed super comfortable and super clean. Easiest check-in ever in years anywhere! Extra ice in freezer, free passes to KP hole launch dock. We really enjoyed being able to take afternoon nap then go back to Spring or KP hole. I will be back very soon
